According to Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Director General of that department, the Directorate General of Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education has a different winter schedule that starts on January 1, 2024, in contrast to the Schools Department. The dissemination of information, especially the notification from the Literacy Department, has caused some confusion over the holiday break.
