Delhi is gearing up for the launch of its third Ring Road, the Urban Extension Road II (UER-II), aimed at easing traffic congestion across the city. The Office of the Lieutenant Governor has confirmed that the 75-km stretch will become operational by December 2024. Developed by the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), the project carries a budget of Rs. 3,600 crore and was initially conceptualized by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
