If you are using a phone, then go to the app store, install Myntra app, and register yourself with the basic details. If you want to place order on Myntra website, then search ‘www.myntra.com’ to go to the website. After that, you have to register yourself by clicking on your profile, and after that, click on ‘Login or Signup’ and fill in your details.
